HealthConnext and Model Healthcare are separate organizations. HealthConnext is the sender of SMS communications issued under the HealthConnext brand.

Individuals who voluntarily opt in may receive recurring SMS messages from HealthConnext regarding healthcare research opportunities offered by participating healthcare organizations.

- Information about the STOP Cancer research opportunity available through Model Healthcare

3. SMS Consent
You will receive recurring promotional or informational SMS communications from HealthConnext only after providing the applicable consent.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation that your request has been processed. No further recurring HealthConnext SMS outreach messages will be sent to that mobile number unless you subsequently provide appropriate consent again.

7. Research Participation
Receiving a message from HealthConnext does not mean that you qualify for a particular research study.
Eligibility and participation requirements are determined by the organization conducting or administering the applicable research opportunity.
Participation in research is voluntary.
You may ask questions and obtain additional information before deciding whether to participate.
8. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
